Pesto!!

2 cups fresh basil leaves, washed and dried
1 cup grated parmesan
1/2 tsp salt (or more, if you like)
1/3 cup olive oil

Combine in a blender or KitchenAid and blend until basil is in really little pieces and it makes mush. Put on pasta and warm in the microwave (to melt the cheese in the pesto). Enjoy!
Makes enough for about 4-5 bowls of pasta.
